Like so many before me, I can say; I went online to look for a reputable auto transport company to move my Chrysler 300 C to Tempe Arizona from Pittsburg, CA. I came across this particular company and since I am struggling on a very limited budget, I thought that $395.00 was a great deal instead of me driving the 745 miles there. I booked the car on 02/01/2010 to be picked up on the understanding that my deposit would assure my timetable of 02/19 or 02/20/2010 for actual pick and delivery. I called every week prior to re-confirm the information and was never told anything other than the scheduled time was a go. Well on the first day which was a friday, I called that morning around ten and was told by a representative that I would receive a call in about three hours from a driver to load my car, that time came and past no reply; only voicemail was available, Saturday proved to be the same. IF YOU ARE ENGAGED IN ANY TYPE OF NEGOTIATIONS OR POTENTIAL DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY, PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE THEM.
